I acknowledge Aboriginal peoples as the First Peoples of this nation and respectfully acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi peoples of the land on which I live and work.  I wish to pay respect to their Elders – past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the important role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within the community.
