I believe in the power of creativity, reiki, and yoga to help people  discover and honor their divine truth.  My purpose is to create a space where individuals can explore their inner wisdom through holistic practices. ​

I am a certified creative arts therapist, reiki master, and yin yoga teacher here to support through creative recovery, embodiment,  and hands on healing. 

When working with me, you'll  have access to my intuitive gifts and professional experience as an educational leader, publisher, learning and development consultant,  and abstract artist.
My offer is ME and includes 1:1 guidance, group workshops, events, and channelled art commissions.
